Koalafied terms of service

Koalafied is developed by Andrew Reid, trading as MUPPIT (registered Australian business name). On the App Store the seller appears as Andrew Robert Peter Reid. In these Terms, “the developer” means that person trading as MUPPIT.
Please read these terms of service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Koalafied™ app (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of service
Koalafied is a personal utility for practitioners to:
- Track hours and sessions toward credentialing milestones
- Organise progress using paths aligned to a credentialing body
- Review progress on Apple devices you control
The App is a tracking and management tool. It does not grant credentials, certify hours to any body, or replace your professional and credentialing obligations, supervision where required, or body-specific rules.

Koalafied Pro
Koalafied Pro is the paid subscription tier for the App when offered through the App Store.
- Subscription terms, price, and billing period are shown in the App Store at purchase time.
- These Terms do not list SKUs, prices, free-trial lengths, or lifetime offers.
- If a subscription is purchased, Apple’s App Store terms and your Apple ID payment method apply to billing and cancellation.
Nothing in this section requires that Koalafied Pro be available in every region or at every time.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Accuracy of hours and records you enter
- Client and practice data you choose to store in the App, including any professional or confidentiality obligations you owe others
- Compliance with the rules of your credentialing body and applicable law
- Device and Apple ID security, including iCloud access that syncs App data
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, or to attempt to reverse engineer the App except where mandatory law permits.
Professional and hour-tracking disclaimer
The App helps you organise records. Meeting any credentialing body’s requirements remains your responsibility. Hour totals, milestone progress, and exports are only as accurate as the data you provide. The developer does not verify hours with any body and is not a party to your relationship with clients, supervisees, or credentialing organisations.
Non-affiliation
Koalafied is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any credentialing body, including (without limitation) ICF, EMCC, AHPRA, and others whose names or programmes you may model in the App. Those names are trademarks of their owners. Koalafied is not an accreditation authority. Names of bodies or programmes you enter are your labels, not a claim of partnership.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The App, Site, and Koalafied branding are owned by the developer or licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Koalafied™ is a trade mark of the developer (registration pending where applicable). Other marks appear in the Site footer as stated there. You may not use those marks except as needed to refer to the App accurately.
Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that hour calculations will meet a particular body’s audit standard.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
App Store terms
If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement and related App Store terms. Apple may be a third-party beneficiary of those licence terms. Guidelines relevant to subscriptions and payments include 3.1.1 and 3.1.2; privacy-related guidelines include 5.1.1 and 5.1.2.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Western Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer protections that apply where you live.
