Paths and templates
A path is the plan Koalafied™ uses for a credentialing journey: the milestones, hour or credit requirements, and how progress is counted for a given body (the organisation that sets the rules for your credential). A milestone is a checkpoint on that path. Templates give you a starting point for common paths. You can adjust a path where the app allows, or build a custom path when no template fits.
Enrol a path
- Open Paths, or use Add a Path from Home, or Paths & Templates in Settings.
- Choose a template that matches your body and credential level, or create a custom path.
- Confirm enrolment. The path appears on Home and in your path list with a status such as Active.
You can keep more than one path when your practice spans bodies or renewals.
Built-in templates
Templates ship for several bodies and levels, including:
- ICF: ACC, PCC, MCC, ACTC, and related renewals
- EMCC: EIA levels
- NBHWC: NBC-HWC
- ACA: levels and renewal
- PACFA: Registered Clinical and renewal
- AIPC: Diploma pathway toward ACA Level 2
Names and rules follow what the app ships. Credentialing bodies are independent organisations. Koalafied is not affiliated with them. See the Terms of service.
Milestones and Climb
Hour-based paths accumulate session time against milestones. Multi-milestone paths use Climb so you can see progress visually and open milestone detail. When you achieve a credential milestone, the app can show a certified state (including celebration UI). Sharing a celebration image is planned; see Roadmap.
Some paths are credit-cycle oriented (for example CPD or evidence checklists) rather than pure hour tallies. Home tiles adapt to the focused path type.
Path statuses
Paths can move through statuses such as Active, Paused, Submitted, Achieved, and Archived. Certified (achieved) paths can offer renewal or archive actions from Home when that fits your programme.
Custom paths
When no template matches, build a custom path with the milestones and rules you need. The path builder is part of the shipped app for everyone who needs it. Custom paths are not locked behind a paid subscription in the current product.
Certification helpers
Settings includes Certification helpers (for example ICF level comparison) and a Certifications archive for achieved credentials. Use these alongside your body’s own applications and evidence requirements. Koalafied does not submit hours to any body.
Accuracy
Progress and exports are only as accurate as the sessions and records you enter. Credentialing decisions rest with you and your body. See Logging hours and the disclaimer in the Terms of service.
