Privacy overview
Koalafied™ is built so your practice records stay with you.
In the app
- Paths, hours, people, and related notes stay on your devices and sync privately with your Apple ID through your private CloudKit database.
- The developer does not host or process that practice data on a developer-operated server, and cannot read your private CloudKit container.
- Privacy Mode masks other people’s names and programme names in the UI (Person N / Program N style), hides emails while it is on, and leaves your own name visible. It is a display convenience for situations such as screen sharing.
- You can attach audio or imported transcripts to sessions. Audio sync over iCloud is optional. Transcripts sync when present. Video never syncs.
- On-device transcript generation and automated redaction review are not part of the current app. See Roadmap.
On this website
This website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-oriented analytics product, when the production site is configured with an analytics token. Analytics apply to the website only.
The app does not send product analytics, crash reports, or advertising telemetry to the developer.
